Have you considered ... students circulating an informal petition calling for Groth's resignation? 

"We, the undersigned students at the University of Nevada, Reno, are disappointed with Athletic Director Cary Groth.  It would be in the best interests of all present and future UNR students AND THE REPUTATION AND STANDING OF THE UNIVERSITY if Ms. Groth would resign and move on to other things where she would have no impact on the lives of fellow human beings."

Also, the University of Michigan hired a new police chief ... unfortunately, it was not UNR's Adam Garcia. 

As noted in a couple of posts below, Garcia has been seeking employment out of state for some time, including the Michigan job.   Garcia's corrupt behavior has caught up with him too.
