Is UNR General Counsel Mary Dugan Misappropriating Money?

Like all the endless and repetitive depositions....How much of a waste of taxpayer's money were those???
Each court appearance, each pleading, every deposition, every little phone call in 15 minute increments.....
By simply adding up attorney costs, you'll get a pretty good idea of what THEIR attorney costs are, and that's just in this case.
I'm guessing billable hours on their side is going to be no less than 1.5x yours...probably more like 2-4x.
As it was brought up somewhere else some time ago, the legal costs that were buried in journal vouchers (JV) in the Agriculture department is a tip of the iceberg.

Football Coach Chris Ault's $25k/yr raise is penny ante when it comes to what I bet they spend in a month on frivolous legal maneuvers.
I have yet to see legal expenditures in any accounting in any UNR budget report.
Maybe I've just missed it...or maybe it's given a quaint name.... Like MD Recharge (that's for [UNR General Counsel] Mary Dugan and her charge card).
Dugan's family must be proud. Her biography is defined by corruption. She is leading the worst chapter in a very bad story about UNR.
