Maybe it's just me, maybe I don't understand the nuances.....And I don't profess to be real knowledgable in law enforcement or writing incident reports...Much less Police Blotters.
However, Officer T. Emmons [of the UNRPD] sure does get around.
Within 5 minutes he's gone from 401 W. 2nd St to 8301 Clean Water Way on April 25, 2011, at 4:00pm.

In reviewing the current police blotters, I notice T. Emmons seems to make the rounds off campus. From the old Sheep Swimming Academy all the way down to the Redfield Ripoff.
Something RPD and Sparks PD could have handled? A broken fence and some graffiti??

One Saturday morning, about 6am, I was behind a UNRPD "canine" pickup from Double Diamond onto 395 northbound....lost him towards Moana because he was runnin' along at over 70mph.
What was UNRPD doing out west of 395 on Double Diamond at that hour, on a Saturday??
