UNR Police Chief Adam Garcia Losing Employees?

Seems like the officer count is down at UNRPD? By attrition or forced layoff?
Surprised at only 13, with a staff of 7. And down to 1 dog.
Do they still have 22 cars (less the one they burnt up out of pure stupidity)?

We hear that the reason the staff is shrinking has more to do with an exodus of officers who refuse to work for UNR Police Chief Adam Garcia.
Garcia, of course, is a member of the UNR retaliation team. It is certainly not hard to believe that officers would want out from under his retaliatory leadership.
