I hope Milton Glick comes to the realization of all of the problems that he has created and exacerbated by not telling the small and simple truths . . .  

If he would just quit deceiving his staff, and using lawyers and police for morale busting shenanigans, he could end the cycle.

Doesn't he see where his and John Lilley's cycles of revenge have led to?

If Glick would talk about the problems and ask for help, he could begin rectification in a flash.
