...did you happen to see Milton Glick caught on camera talking to a woman during the Governor's state of the state address? ... and he thought he'd never be caught.

How rude of a university president not to be listening while the Governor was speaking.

Maybe I'll send him a copy on Ms Manners....

It was while the Governor was speaking on education.  So they panned the camera in Glick's direction. 

I thought at the time, ...oh, there's Glick, WHAT?, he's NOT listening, he's TALKING! ... there's a time and a place.   It's falls in the category of no respect.   Just my opinion.
