I think that Milton Glick is a crook just as much as Adam Garcia, Mary Dugan, and Kent Robison, not to mention many others.

The crookedness was under John Lilley, maybe further back, and they needed a college president willing to hide things and keep the charade going.   

An honest person with integrity would have put an end to all of fraud and deceit.

I have never seen or heard of a college operating this way.  

I wouldn't have believed it, had I not experienced it myself....
